Earlier today, Lockn’ Festival co-founder Dave Frey answered questions from fans via a live chat held on the event’s Facebook page. Frey was very forthcoming about many aspects of the festival, and we learned a lot about what is – and what isn’t – ahead for this year’s Lockn’ Festival taking place at Oak Ridge Farm in Arrington, Virginia August 25 – 28.

We’ve compiled a list of ten things we learned from Frey’s live chat:

1. The String Cheese Incident will not play Lockn’ this year: Frey revealed that SCI decided to play July’s Merryland Music Fest instead of returning to Lockn’ for the fourth year in a row.
